How it works

Day one, every morning, every Monday

Cosmo works like a good CMO who happens to live in your phone. He does the work, sends you the decisions, and nothing goes out until you say yes.

Day one

Onboarding is a short conversation, not a setup wizard. You can stop halfway and pick up later.

  1. 1

    Paste your URL

Cosmo reads your site and drafts a brand kit: what you sell, who it's for, your voice, your offers, your competitors and keywords. You can edit every field.

  2. 2

    Pick a goal

Sign-ups, sales, booked calls, a launch, or showing up in Google and ChatGPT. Plus your stage and ad budget, if any.

  3. 3

    Answer three questions

Why customers pick you, the customer you'd clone, and what's off-limits. Type or talk.

  4. 4

    Connect your accounts

One click per platform: Google covers Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads in one sign-in, Facebook covers your Page and Instagram. Your website and inbox connect separately. You sign in on the platform's own page; Cosmo never sees your passwords.

  5. 5

    Choose how he reaches you

WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram or email. Pick the time for your morning brief, and whether low-risk posts can go out on their own.

  6. 6

    Get your 30-day plan

What he'll do each week, by channel, and the first three things waiting for your 👍.

02 · one text

Every morning

A short brief at the time you picked: what happened yesterday, what he wants to do today, and the cards that need you.

Example brief for the fictional “Shiftly”

Morning ☀️ Yesterday: 9 sign-ups at $16 each, best day this month.

Today I'd like to:

  1. Post the “spreadsheet” story on LinkedIn (draft attached)
  2. Publish “7shifts alternatives for diners” to the blog
  3. Pause the ad set that's at $22 per sign-up

Reply 👍 to all, or tell me which.

Every Monday

A review of the week, in writing, on your chat or by email.

Last week's numbers

Spend, sign-ups, sales, traffic, replies. Compared with the week before and with your goal.

What worked

The post, ad or email that did best, and why he thinks so.

What he's cutting

Ads, topics or sequences that aren't paying for themselves.

Next week's plan

The work he wants to do, sent as cards for your yes.

Approvals

Nothing goes out without your yes

Every post, ad, email, article and directory listing becomes an approval card: a preview, what it costs and how risky it is. You answer in the chat.

  • 👍 approves one card. "Yes to all" approves the batch.
Or answer in words: "yes 1 and 3".
  • ✏️ asks for a change.
Say what you want different. He sends a new version.
  • Skip drops it.
He learns from what you skip.
  • Auto-approve is opt-in, and only for low-risk work.
For example, scheduled posts in a format you've already liked. Ads and spend always ask.

Where you talk to him

Same Cosmo, same approvals, on whichever channel you check most.

Safety

Your accounts stay safe

Ads start paused

Every new campaign is created paused. It goes live after your yes, and he asks again before raising a budget.

You post where bans happen

On Reddit, Hacker News and LinkedIn DMs, Cosmo finds the thread and drafts the reply. You post it with one tap, from your own account.

Cold email on separate domains

Outreach goes from warmed inboxes on a lookalike domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked. Your main domain stays clean. Sending stops on replies and bounces.

Spending has a ceiling

Video generation asks before spending more than $5 beyond your plan. Your ad budget is set by you, in your own ad account.

Everything is logged

Every action has an approval record: what, when, who said yes. You can see it all in the web app.

Your work stays yours

Posts, articles, videos, lead lists. Export them any time, and keep them if you leave.

Stop doing marketing at midnight.

Paste your URL. In five minutes Cosmo texts you a plan.
